Crystal Deberry, LSW

Hi, my name is Crystal, and I graduated with a BA in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and obtained my Masters in Social Work from Governors State University. I have over fifteen years of experience in behavioral health. My experience in providing case management, stabilizing individuals in crisis, mentoring, and counseling services for adults, adolescents, and underserved youth in foster care. My superpower is the ability to quickly establish rapport with patients, foster families, and youth in order to maintain or achieve any mental health tasks.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Hi, my name is Dreanna, and I am a multistate licensed mental health provider. Currently, I am pursuing a Clinical PsyD student with an emphasis in neuropsychology. I am extremely passionate about educational and mental health care equity. My work is dedicated to the expansion of psychological assessments in communities of color and under-resourced areas.

Hi, my name is Cheryl and I am a highly skilled administrative officer with extensive experience in medical billing (behavioral health and physical), credentialing, prior authorization, and remote extended office support.

I can effectively interpret and implement insurance guidelines for quick reimbursement of medical and mental health claims. An expert at eliminating claim backlog, identifying and working cross-functionally to diffuse and resolve escalated billing issues, and follow through to resolution.
